I am a qualified practitioner of cognitive and behavioural therapies, hypnosis and EMDR therapy for adults and adolescents.
These techniques have been proven effective in the treatment of a range of disorders, including depression, anxiety disorders, phobias, addictions, sleep disorders, stress and post-traumatic stress.
Such approaches are designed to be as effective as possible in a short period of time: the therapy must be of maximum benefit to the patient and eliminate the need for therapy over several years.

I also provide workplace prevention and mental health promotion services for companies.
