Any Monegasque national, resident of Monaco, employee, student, or person practicing a sporting activity in the Principality may benefit free of charge from a consultation with a sports physician at the Centre Médico-Sportif.

Following this medical examination, a certificate confirming the absence of contraindications to the chosen sporting activity may be issued; this document is mandatory for registration with a sports club.
